Life is a series of transitions, often based on situations one cannot control. For older adults, this includes retirement, losses, illness, or simply the aging process, all presenting questions that require new ways of thinking. Myrna uses her experiences, along with research, interviews, and anecdotal stories, to share thoughtful, inspiring, and often creative insights through writing. She “gets real” around things we are thinking but not talking about.
